Jamie arrived in our care as part of a group of semi feral strays, and at just 5 months old, she is looking for a patient family to help her continue her journey. While she was initially very shy and fearful of her new surroundings, she has since started to flourish with the people she knows best. Jamie has begun to truly enjoy attention from her trusted friends and has revealed a lovely, playful personality that is a joy to see.

Jamie will need a room to call her own initially so that she can chose when she wants to interact, plenty of areas in the room that she can hide or sleep in and feel safe. In time once Jamie gets to know her adopter she will show her affectionate side, this may take time but is well worth it. Jamie will need to be left to acclimatise at her own pace.

Because Jamie is still learning to navigate life, she needs an understanding owner who can read her body language to ensure she doesn't become over stimulated. Her new family should be prepared for a hands off approach to begin with, allowing Jamie the space to settle in and approach them on her own terms.

With a quiet environment and a gentle routine, Jamie's vibrant personality will undoubtedly continue to shine. She is a rewarding kitten who just needs a little extra time to show the world how brave and affectionate she can be.

Jamie is looking for an adult only home. She may get used to living with another cat, given the time and space to settle. No dogs.
