About Me

Breed: Crossbreed/Unknown crossbreed
Colour: White
Age: 3 Years (approx)
Ref: ANI11906

Meet our beautiful 31kg American bulldog cross, Jemima. This gentle giant is full of affection and playfulness, she's pretty smart too. Jemima walks nicely on the lead with regular check ins and responds well to her name. She knows 'sit, down, touch and spin' as well as being very agile. She has been known to enjoy swimming in a designated doggy pool whilst her favourite activity is emptying all the toy boxes on site to find the perfect toy to play with. Jemima loves soft toys and tennis balls the most.
Whilst in our care, we have found her social with other dogs when out on her walks. She has also spent sometime in the office where she settled down nicely and enjoyed greeting everyone coming by.
When excited,Jemima will jump up to greet and say hello however, she is responding well to training and lerning to be a little calmer when greeting people. We feel she may be able to live with older teenagers. Jemima is quite spritely and jumping small fences is no problem for her therefore, she will be looking for a home where any fencing is at least 6ft. Unfortunately she cannot live with cats. Once settled into her new routine we feel that Jemima may be able to start being left for short periods. Jemima will need to return to the centre for neutering therefore, we are ideally looking to adopt her within an hours drive from the centre.
