***Indoor only cat/catio/cat proof garden***
This sweet little guy is Bebe. Bebe came into us from a multicat household and was signed over by his previous owner as they were unable to meet his welfare needs. He was suffering from ear mites, mild cat flu symptoms and was in need of a dental. Routine tests also found that Bebe was FIV positive so he will need to be rehomed as indoor only or with a cat proof garden or catio. This is to help protect Bebe from illness and prevent further spread to other cats. We believe Bebe was an indoor cat previously so we don't think he will mind too much.
Bebe is a timid little soul who spends most of his time hiding in his scratch post tower, but when you go in to see him he will start rolling around in his safe space, purring and head bumping away. Eventually, he will come out to see you and give you lots of love and affection - he just needs to know he is safe and loved first. Bebe will also dribble to show you how happy he is. He will also climb up onto your lap, paddy pawing away.
We believe there is more depth to Bebe’s personality, but we don't feel he will progress much further in a cattery environment - he needs a home. Bebe will suit an adult only home or a home with a mature family who understand Bebe needs time to settle in. We are also looking for a home without other cats or dogs. As Bebe is to be rehomed as a house cat - he will need plenty of enrichment to keep him occupied. We haven't seen a playful side to him as yet but this may come when he is in a home. People are Bebe's main enrichment though, so he will need company for most of the day.
Bebe is a sensitive little soul with a whole lot of love to give - could you be the one for him?
