About Me

Breed: Domestic Shorthair crossbreed
Colour: Black
Age: 3-6 Months
Ref: ANI04519

Bonnie and Sweet Dee are an adorable pair of sisters with a heartwarming rescue story. They were found abandoned in a box by a kind member of the public and brought to a veterinary hospital, where they received treatment for cat flu. After a few weeks of care and lots of TLC, they made a full recovery and moved into a foster home to begin their socialisation journey.

It took a little time for them to settle in, with Bonnie being the more nervous of the two at first. But with patience and a calm environment, both girls have come on beautifully and continue to grow in confidence every day.

These sisters are full of playful energy and can often be found chasing each other around the house or showing off their climbing skills on the cat tree. They currently live with other cats in their foster home and are very respectful of them—happy to play together but never overbearing.

Bonnie is the more adventurous and energetic of the pair. She loves zooming around, performing acrobatics, and keeping herself entertained. While she’s not quite a lap cat yet, she enjoys gentle strokes when she’s feeling relaxed and is becoming more comfortable with affection. Bonnie is also very curious and enjoys watching the world go by from the window.

Sweet Dee is a little more reserved but just as lovely. She values her space and takes her time to trust, but once she’s comfortable, she’ll happily accept a gentle head scratch—especially when perched on her favourite cat tree. She shares a strong bond with her sister but is gradually becoming more independent as her confidence grows.

💛 Their Ideal Home
Bonnie and Sweet Dee are looking for a patient and understanding home where they can continue to build their confidence at their own pace. They would suit a quieter household and adopters who are happy to let them settle in gradually. With time, love, and encouragement, these girls will make wonderful companions.
