Briee is a beautiful young cat and reminds us of a little mouse with her wonderfully unique look and an even more special personality. She arrived in our care as an underweight stray with injuries to both of her ears that sadly couldn't be saved and required amputation. Thankfully, Briee has made a full recovery and copes brilliantly —it simply adds to her cuteness!
Life in the cattery was a little overwhelming for Briee, so she was placed into a foster home where she could build her confidence in a quieter environment. It took her around a week to settle, but once she realised she was safe and can trust her humans, her true personality really began to shine. Her foster family describe her as a confident, cheeky and affectionate girl who loves being the centre of attention.
Briee is always excited to see her favourite people and will happily greet you with her adorable little chirps before weaving around your legs asking for attention. She's a very chatty girl who enjoys being involved in everything you're doing and loves spending time with her humans.
Playtime is one of Briee's favourite parts of the day, especially if her beloved rubber ball is involved. She enjoys interactive games and is moderately playful, although she can sometimes get a little carried away, so she'll need owners who understand feline body language and know when to give her a break.
Food is definitely the way to Briee's heart! She has a fantastic appetite and will never turn down a tasty treat, making it easy to build a bond with her.
Although Briee has blossomed in foster care, she can still become overwhelmed from time to time. She's good at communicating when she needs a little space and would suit a patient adopter who will respect her boundaries and allow her to settle at her own pace.
Briee would love to be the only cat in her new home so she can receive all the love and enjoy all the attention for herself. We also feel she would be happiest living with older children who can understand when she needs some quiet time.
