Princess is a beautiful 2-year-old fluffy Frenchie who has truly blossomed during her time with us. She came into our care following a case of serious neglect — underweight, bad skin, unsure, and simply looking for love. Despite her difficult start, Princess has shown us just how resilient and special she is.

When she first arrived, she was understandably timid. But with patience, care, and kindness, she has grown into a confident, affectionate little girl who now loves to say hello to everyone she meets.

Princess is incredibly sweet and thrives on human companionship. If you’re looking for a cuddle buddy, she’s your girl. She loves being close to her people and would benefit from a home where someone is around for most of the day to help her continue settling into home life.

She enjoys her daily “walkies” and little adventures, but as a French Bulldog, her exercise needs should always be kept breed-minded — gentle outings, enrichment, and plenty of rest and comfort.

Princess has met many dogs at the centre and has shown herself to be playful and social. However, due to her past and to give her the best chance to fully settle, we feel she would benefit from initially being the only dog in the home. With time and careful introductions, she may be able to live with another dog in the future.

She could live with children of primary school age and above, especially those who understand rescue dogs and can give her space and kindness when she needs it. Princess has already proven how much she can grow when given love and security. Now she’s ready for her forever home — one where she will never feel hungry or unwanted again.
