Meet Brian! He arrived at Blackberry Farm after being found as a stray but now is searching for his forever home.
Once a stray, Brian has had to navigate a world that hasn't always been kind to him. Because of that, he's learned to be cautious. New people and unfamiliar environments can feel overwhelming, therefore he is looking for patient and understanding adopters who will wait for him to come out of his shell at his own pace.
A calm home where Brian is the only pet would suit Brian best, with children aged 10+ who understand Brian's need for space. He'll need a safe space to settle in and go at his own pace, without pressure. With time, consistency and kindness, Brian has every chance to learn that he's finally safe.

10.30am-3.30pm Tue-Sun (closed Mon). Also closed Christmas Day, Boxing Day & New Years Day. We prioritise animals we have rescued from cruelty and neglect, which means we cannot take in unwanted pets.
