Meet the fabulous Cleo! She arrived at Blackberry Farm after being neglected but after a little bit of TLC she is now ready to search for her new forever home.

Cleo is a sweet girl who has settled in well here at the center. She is always happy to say hello to new people and once she knows somebody she loves to seek out fuss and attention. She has shown a slight sign of nerves around being fussed by new people and so would benefit from adopters who have an understanding of this and are willing to take things at her pace. She is a clever girl who already knows some basic commands but would suit adopters who are eager to continue her ongoing training and with her breed mix (malinois x lurcher) adopters must be willing to consider plenty of mental enrichment as well to keep her active mind stimulated.

She has been mixed with other dogs here at the center and has made plenty of friends. She is a calm dog who prefers the company of those with a similar personality and so may be able to live with a calm dog as long as adopters are confident in being able to manage them in the home.

She cannot live with cats and can live with children aged 14+ who can understand how to interact with her appropriately.
