Meet Harvey 🐾
This handsome chap is Harvey. He came into RSPCA care as one of many cats from a multi-cat household. When he first arrived, Harvey was very shut down and understandably nervous, but since moving into foster care, he has made an amazing transformation.
In such a short space of time, Harvey has really started to come out of his shell. He is now super affectionate, loves exploring the house and has even discovered that toys can be great fun! It has been wonderful to see his confidence grow as he realises that the world isn't quite such a scary place after all.
Harvey is also a big fan of a Liki Lix treat, which has been a great way of winning him over and showing him that people can be trusted. ❤️
Although Harvey has come on incredibly well in foster, he will still need a patient and understanding forever home where he can continue to build his confidence at his own pace. A warm sofa, lots of love and someone willing to let Harvey take things in his own time would be just perfect.
We feel Harvey could live with children aged 10+ who understand that he may need space and time to settle. He could potentially live with a calm, cat-friendly cat.
Once Harvey is fully settled and feels safe in his new home, we think he would love having a secure outdoor area to explore.
Due to his nervous nature, Harvey would not be suited to living with a dog.
Harvey has already shown us what a loving, playful and affectionate boy he can be. Now he just needs someone to give him the chance to continue that journey and become the happy, confident cat we know he can be.
Could you be the forever home Harvey has been waiting for? 🐱❤️
