Steve is a sensitive and gentle lad who is searching for a quiet sanctuary where he can truly feel at ease. Because he is naturally shy and lacks a bit of confidence, he is looking for a patient adopter who understands that he needs to move at his own pace to feel secure. Steve requires a home without dogs to help him feel brave, but he would find great comfort in living with a friendly female cat who can act as a calm companion. He would thrive with a family including children aged 12 and over who are mindful of his nervous body language and willing to give him the time he needs to blossom. While he might be tucked away at first, the quiet bond you will build with this sweet boy is incredibly rewarding for anyone with a little extra patience to give.

10.30am-3.30pm Tue-Sun (closed Mon). Also closed Christmas Day, Boxing Day & New Years Day. We prioritise animals we have rescued from cruelty and neglect, which means we cannot take in unwanted pets.
