About Me

Breed: Domestic Shorthair crossbreed
Colour: Tabby
Age: 1 Year (approx)
Ref: ANI04745

Meet our handsome boy, Ben! He came into our centre from a multi-cat household and was very timid of humans. He has come a long way and is now a super affectionate boy!

Ben has grown in confidence since he's been with us - he no longer hides away all day - he comes to the glass meowing for attention and treats, and will watch us clean in the morning. He still can be shy and nervous when there's new people or loud/sudden movements still, so he will need a calm, understanding home where he's given plenty of time and patience to come out of his shell.

Ben has been in contact with cat flu, so will need to be the only cat in the household.
He will need to go to an adult only home due to his past, and still, timid nature - someone who can give him time and patience until he's ready to ask for affection. Watching him slowly blossom will be a deeply rewarding experience for the right home.

He is currently being supported and monitored by our behaviour team, who are making him feel more comfortable and confident (as you can now tell by his new photos!).

Ben's adoption fee is £85.
