Meet Lloyd! This fabulous boy has not had the best start in life. Now, this gentle giant is looking for a calm, stable home he can finally call his own.
Like many young dogs, Lloyd is still learning about the world, and takes each day in his stride.
On arrival, Lloyd did appear a little worried when meeting new people, but with patience, kindness, and reassurance, Lloyd has shown he has the potential to become a truly loyal and affectionate companion.
Due to his initial nervous nature and bouncier play style, Lloyd would be best suited to an adult-only home where he can settle in at his own pace.
Lloyd is also looking to be the only pet in the home. Though social, he does find encounters to be overwhelming at times, and this will allow him to enjoy a calmer environment, build confidence, and form a strong, singular bond with his new owners.
Lloyd would likely benefit from adopters who have experience with Mastiff-type breeds that are understanding of his size and potential strength. Though a larger dog, Lloyd does settle into a nice loose lead walk, but is known to be curious when other dogs are nearby.
This handsome boy is ready to find someone who will give him the time, patience, and love he deserves. With the right support and a consistent routine, Lloyd has every chance of becoming the wonderful companion we know he can be.
The adoption fee for this dog is £200
