Louis is a stunning, energetic, and incredibly charming 2-year-old male dog with a personality as big as his heart. This brave boy has overcome severe neglect, arriving in our care weighing a shocking 11kg! Now, feeling fit, healthy, and a happy 21kg, he's ready to put his tough past behind him and find the loving forever home he deserves.

This goofy, medium-sized lad absolutely adores people and sees every new face as a potential friend! He has a lovely nature, but is still a young dog who would thrive with continued positive training to help him harness his energy and focus, especially when he gets excited.

Louis is a dedicated foodie and currently enjoys a specialist hypoallergenic diet to keep him in tip-top condition. You might also notice his unique charm—one of his eyes is slightly smaller than the other. We believe this to be a congenital condition that just adds even more character to his already beautiful face!

He dreams of a home where he can soak up plenty of one-to-one attention. Louis is quite vocal and has shown some signs of separation anxiety, but with a patient, consistent, and companionship-filled environment, he has all the potential to blossom into the most devoted companion.

Louis could potentially share his home with children of secondary school age, pending a successful meet-and-greet at the centre. He'd be best suited to a family who understands the fun and sometimes goofy nature of a young, energetic dog.
