Meena is a young, energetic lurcher cross with a big heart and an even bigger personality. She’s playful, affectionate, and very people-oriented dog who loves being close to her humans. She came into our care after her previous owner found they were unable to cope with her needs, but Meena has so much love to give in the right home.

As a young dog, Meena is still learning and will benefit from ongoing training, routine, and clear boundaries. She’s enthusiastic about life and can be quite needy at times, so she’s looking for adopters who are around for a good part of the day and happy to help her build confidence and independence.

Meena would thrive in an active home with adopters who understand the needs of young lurcher-type dogs and can provide plenty of exercise, mental stimulation, and affection. She may be able to live with a calm, well-rounded dog who is tolerant of young, playful behaviour.
