Since coming into our care, Zeus has shown us time and time again just what a wonderful companion he is. He absolutely adores people and thrives on affection, happily leaning in for fusses and soaking up every bit of love he’s given. For such a big boy, Zeus has an incredibly soft, gentle soul and simply wants to be close to his humans.

He’s also a clever lad with a bright personality who loves being involved in everything around him. Whether it’s learning new things, enjoying enrichment, or having a play session with his favourite toys, Zeus approaches life with enthusiasm and joy. His playful side is impossible not to fall in love with.

And while Zeus is undeniably a large, strong dog, he has lovely manners when out and about. He travels beautifully in the car and walks nicely on a head harness, making adventures together an enjoyable experience. With a confident owner to continue guiding him, Zeus will make an incredibly rewarding companion.

Zeus would love a home where he can be the centre of attention as the only pet, soaking up all the love he truly deserves. Due to his size and strength, we feel he would be best suited to a home with older children who understand how to respectfully interact with larger dogs.

One thing Zeus dreams of is having a secure garden of his own with 6ft fencing, where he can safely stretch his legs, play with his toys, and enjoy peaceful moments with his family. After kennel life, having a place to finally call his own would mean the world to him.

What makes Zeus so special is the beautiful contrast between his size and his nature. He may look big and powerful, but underneath it all is a gentle, affectionate dog craving love, stability, and someone to truly belong to.
