Say hello to Neptune! This beautiful two year old tortie domestic shorthair is looking for a loving forever home to call her very own.

Neptune arrived in our care from a multi-cat household alongside her kittens. After being a wonderful mum, her duties are done, and it is finally Neptune's turn to be the centre of attention! She is a sweet, affectionate, and very playful girl who loves to engage with her humans. However, she also has a wonderfully independent streak and will happily take herself away to a quiet spot when she feels she needs some downtime and her own space.

Because she appreciates a balance of playtime and peaceful alone time, we feel Neptune would do well in a home with primary school-aged children, provided they have prior experience living with cats and know to respect her boundaries. Having come from a busy household, she is quite adaptable; with the correct and gradual introductions, she could happily share her home with another resident cat and/or a calm, cat-savvy dog.

Neptune will need to remain strictly indoors initially while she fully settles into her new surroundings and bonds with her family. However, her new owners must understand that if she eventually shows a strong desire to explore the outside world, safe outdoor access must be provided, as we believe this is essential for her ongoing welfare and happiness.
