Meet Skye!

This sweet young girl has had a turbulent start to life, and understandably, she can be a little nervous when meeting new people. However, once she has had some time to get to know you and feels comfortable, she soon begins to show her lovely personality.

She has been through a lot in her young life, including being transported from Romania and previously living in a multi-dog household. Because of this, she is now looking for a quiet, adult-only home where she can settle, feel safe and enjoy life at her own pace.

She would like to be the only dog in her new home, although she is dog sociable and is happy to walk out alongside other calm dogs. She enjoys having her own space and would benefit from adopters who understand that building her confidence will take patience, time and plenty of positive experiences.

Skye has a prey drive, so will need to wear a muzzle when out in busy areas where she may encounter small animals. She is comfortable wearing her muzzle and this allows her to enjoy her walks safely while giving her handler peace of mind.

Once she feels comfortable, her sweet and funny side really starts to shine. She loves playing with her toys and has a playful personality that makes her a joy to spend time with.

She may need a little time to find her feet, but for the right person, she has so much love and personality to offer. Anyone would be incredibly lucky to have this special girl as part of their family.
