Socks is a 6 year old boy who is searching for his forever home! Socks was very fearful at first having come from a challenging past. With the patience and care of our cattery team he is slowly learning to trust humans, although can be shy & nervous with new people.

Ideally his new home would be calm and quiet with patient adopters who will allow him to settle in at his own pace. Socks may be able to live with older children (15+) who understand cat behaviour and are respectful of socks needs

Socks is playful in his own way and enjoys his toys, and interaction with humans with a chasey hoy. focks prefers interaction on his own terms and while he is reluctant to be stroked he will enjoy setting next to you

Socks has lived with other cats previously and may be able to do so again with the correct, patient introductions, however we feel a dog would be too much for him. While Socks will need to remain indoors initially while he adapts to his New home if he shows the desire to go out doors this should be allowed.
