Patrick is on the lookout for his new home. This curious chap came to us as a stray and has made his presence known since day one. Patrick enjoys company from people but is also an independent boy who is not shy about letting you know when he has had enough. Due to his investigative nature, Patrick will need plenty of outdoor space to explore and burn off some energy. He can get a bit frustrated so his new owners should be happy to let him do his own thing. If you are looking for an affectionate lap cat then Patrick is probably not the guy for you! Food is his motivator and so will be key to building trust and respect with his new family.
He may be able to live with an existing cat given proper introductions but could also be equally as happy as a solo cat. Patrick would need an adult-only household, and he will benefit from an owner who has had cats before so they can read his behaviour and understand when he would like to be left alone.
