About Me

Breed: Domestic Shorthair crossbreed
Colour: Grey & White
Age: 2 Years (approx)
Ref: CW2026005

Kasha has come in to our care as she was not compatible living with a young child in the previous home. Kasha was described as affectionate and liked a lap but also easily startled, which isn't ideal in a home with a small child who wants to play and make lots of noise as children do.
Kasha did lash out at the child and became quite an agitated and unhappy cat, so the decision was made to find her a new home with no children or other pets so she could one day find peace and happiness in life.

Kasha was very agitated and unsure when she arrived in our care and was a bit hissy and swipey. However, we gave her lots of space, enrichment and quiet and calm interactions and she has really come on in confidence and personality!
It is likely she will revert back to being unsettled and agitated going to a new home so adopters must be prepared for this and happy to give her plenty of time and space.

We also know from her previous home that she was very much a homely cat, she would occasionally pop outside.

Kasha has Polydactyl Toes! - A polydactyl cat is a cat with a congenital phyical annomoly called polydactyl (or polydactylism), that causes the cat to be born with more than the usual number of toes on one or more of its paws - hence her paws look big!!
