If you are a fan of the stage show 'Cats' then this name will be familiar! 
As soon as he arrived we instantly said he looked like Macavity!

Macavity was found as a stray trapped in a factory! Thankfully the workers managed to round him up in a cat trap and bring him in to our care, he was just too scared to approach anyone.
He has clearly had to fend for himself and was very scared when he arrived so may have not had much human interaction for some time.

He has been worried but good to be picked up and handled for vet checks, vaccinations etc.
He is likely to be very worried going to a new home and would probably love a more rural home where he can stomp about his territory and have lots of adventures. 

Macavity was a bit hit and miss with his litter tray when he first arrived but once we figured out he likes to toilet in soil/compost, he has been great. This also adds to our theory that he has not been in a home and cared for, for a long time, if not ever.
He is very likely to once settled in a new home, be that cat that likes to toilet outside all the time (but still have a tray inside for emergencies!)

If you are successful we will initially contact you via email.

Cat viewings can be done via zoom video call or in person depending on how local adopters are to us.

Cat Adoption Fee £150 per cat/kitten - This includes neutering, microchipping and vaccinations.
