About Me

Breed: Domestic Longhair crossbreed
Colour: Ginger & White
Age: 9 Years (approx)
Ref: CI2025080

Gorgeous fluffy boy Tigger is in our care as sadly he had opted to live outside at the previous home as he didn't like the dogs.

Tigger LOVES fuss and attention and to come out exploring! He especially loves being brushed!

Tigger is such a handsome lad that just wants his own home with no other cats or dogs so he can be the centre of attention and Lord of the manor!!

A home that has a nice garden to explore or even a home in a rural or semi rural location would be just wonderful for him.

Medical Details
Tigger has a history of having soft stools. We tried specialist sensitivity diets, probiotic powders, steroid tablets, you name it… but nothing worked. We then ran a faecal sample to see if there was anything underlying. It revealed he was positive for Clostridium Perfringens (a bacteria found in the intestine) and Feline Coronavirus. Feline coronavirus (this is NOT the human Covid-19) is a common virus found in multi cat households. The main symptom being diarrhoea, and some cats do not exhibit symptoms at all. Tigger has been treated with antibiotics and significantly better, however the nature of cat viruses is that they can be passed on to other cats. Therefore Tigger will need to be an only cat in a low cat population area.
