Chip came into our care after he was removed from a property by one of our inspectors.

Chip was in a poor condition when he arrived at the centre, he was malnourished and suffering with a severe case of aspiration pneumonia. He was quickly placed into a foster home with one of the team so he could receive around the clock care. Sadly during his recovery, Chip had to fight a second round of pneumonia when ended up with him being hospitalised for 5 days.
Thankfully with the care of the vet team and his fosterer, Chip is now thriving and ready to find a permanent home he can call his own.

Chip can be a little shy at first and does find new people and surroundings a little worrying so will need his new humans to be understanding of this and introduce him to new things gradually. Once he trusts you, his fun and loving personality really shines through! He loves nothing more than cuddling up to his foster carer on the sofa and will crawl into your lap as soon as you sit down.

Chip is on a special diet which is to help his digestion and medication for his skin which will need to be continued in his new home. The branch will support with funding towards his food and medication.
