Daniel and Claudia came into our care from a multi-cat household where the cats were living in unsuitable conditions with limited access to food and water.
On arrival both were understandably quite nervous of their new environment and took a few days to decompress. Daniel is the more confident of the two and will enjoy gentle strokes but Claudia is a little more wary of touch at the moment. We are unsure how much human interaction they had previously received so we are sure in time both will continue to grow in confidence once settled.
They are incredibly bonded and are often found curled up in a tiny bed together or chirruping away while bumping heads, it is truly adorable!
Daniel and Claudia would prefer not to share their home with any other pets but could potentially share their home with older teenagers pending a successful meet here at the centre first.

If you are interested in adopting an animal from West Hatch RSPCA, please have a look on "ÅÝܽÊÓƵ" in the first instance. Once you have seen an animal you are interested in, you can apply easily online via the link to a google form at the bottom of their profile. Once we receive the application, it will be reviewed by a member of staff, and if you are a suitable match we will then make contact to discuss the animal further. This will be either by email initially or by phone. We will then ask you to email us photos of your home and garden, as well as ID. This continues to replace the homevisit that we would have carried out pre-covid. We can then make an appointment for you to come to the centre to meet your chosen animal before you commit to adoption.
