Lumi is a charming young cat who looks fresh out of an animated movie with those eyes!
Lumi is a quiet cat who spends most of her time tucked in her bed, watching the world go by. She enjoys gentle, calm attention from the comfort of her bed. Lumi can be a shy little girl but she is slowly becoming braver and waiting at her door for us at meal times. She came from a home where there were a large number of other cats and she does seem very interested when she sees or hears other cats, so we feel she would benefit going to a home where there is already an existing cat. She is timid, so would need a quiet home without dogs or children. She may need a little time and patience to settle into a new home but she has already shown us that she wants to be around people.

If you are interested in adopting an animal from West Hatch RSPCA, please have a look on "ÅÝܽÊÓƵ" in the first instance. Once you have seen an animal you are interested in, you can apply easily online via the link to a google form at the bottom of their profile. Once we receive the application, it will be reviewed by a member of staff, and if you are a suitable match we will then make contact to discuss the animal further. This will be either by email initially or by phone. We will then ask you to email us photos of your home and garden, as well as ID. This continues to replace the homevisit that we would have carried out pre-covid. We can then make an appointment for you to come to the centre to meet your chosen animal before you commit to adoption.
