Snoop dogg came into our care from a multi cat household where we were unsure on the amount of contact he had received. He was suffering from an ear infection and was underweight. His ears are now clear and we are working towards his ideal body weight.

He was quite worried on arrival and chose to spend most of his days hiding away so we expect this to be the case when he first goes into his new home. Having a secure spare room will be vital to enable him to settle into home life at his own pace whilst feeling safe.

However over time he has shown us he has an incredibly affectionate side, when we sit quietly he will climb onto our lap and start making biscuits and head bumping our face, very sweet! His gentle personality has been showing itself more each day and we have no doubt he will make someone a wonderful companion when given time and patience. He has also made it very clear that he can be bribed with snacks and loves a lick e lix treat!

We feel Snoop would be best suited to a quieter home with not too many comings and goings that busier households with multiple pets and children often have. He could potentially share his home with sensible older teenagers who will understand when he needs his space. Snoop could also potentially share his home with another cat of a similar age/nature who has previously lived with another cat as he has shown some positive signs towards other cats in our care.
