Tumen is a pretty little cat with a gentle face and nature.
Tumen is on the lookout for an indoor home as we believe she is deaf, we would ideally be looking for a home where she could have access to the outdoors securely with a catio or a cat secured garden.
She is a quiet cat who can often be snuggled up in bed and will enjoy a gentle fuss. On arrival at the centre she was quite timid, but has now settled really well and enjoys quiet, gentle attention. Tumen is interested in people and her surroundings, coming forward to investigate what you're doing and ask for a little stroke. Tumen can be anxious about unfamiliar things and choose to keep her distance initially, and really values a patient and understanding interaction.
Tumen has come from a household of numerous cats and is still getting used to a quieter life. After carrying out observations at the centre, Tumen is more comfortable having space to herself rather than sharing with another cat and will be looking for a home on her own. She is generally a very tidy girl but has previously chosen to toilet on the floor. We believe this was a stress response to sharing her space with another cat, and she has stopped doing it since being housed on her own. There is a chance she may respond the same way when settling into a new home, which we will support an adopter with.
This sweet girl is already showing us her lovely nature which is sure to blossom further once fully settled in a new home. Tumen will need a home with someone who is able to give her the time and space to really get comfortable and find her feet, with a gentle and understanding approach. As a long haired cat. Tumen will need regular grooming once she is settled and comfortable with being brushed.
Due to her sensitive nature, Tumen is looking for a home as the only pet. We may consider calm older teenagers in the right home.

If you are interested in adopting an animal from West Hatch RSPCA, please have a look on "ÅÝܽÊÓƵ" in the first instance. Once you have seen an animal you are interested in, you can apply easily online via the link to a google form at the bottom of their profile. Once we receive the application, it will be reviewed by a member of staff, and if you are a suitable match we will then make contact to discuss the animal further. This will be either by email initially or by phone. We will then ask you to email us photos of your home and garden, as well as ID. This continues to replace the homevisit that we would have carried out pre-covid. We can then make an appointment for you to come to the centre to meet your chosen animal before you commit to adoption.
